M Art Museum

In early 2026, at the invitation of director Meng Xiaodong, the owner photographed M Art Museum on Ligongdi Causeway, Suzhou, and its inaugural exhibition 'Whispers of Frames — Time, Space and the Imagery Within' (curated by You Yang, twenty-one painters trained at the Central Academy of Fine Arts). The shoot joined the show in two roles at once — photographer and reader: curved concrete galleries, a blue arched corridor and walls of framed paintings are recorded as long exposures let readers drift through the frames as moving traces.

Curved concrete gallery walls, a visitor crossing the hall
Cluster of framed studies — rooms, scaffolds, a courtyard — with a long-exposure shadow at the wall's edge
