Overview
A hollowed Christmas-tree installation built with FDM 3D printing: its precise structure and contemporary aesthetic make it a striking festive piece, and full compatibility with Tochu LEDs turns it into a colourful table lamp at a touch. The form draws on the European spruce of the Dolomites — edges abstracted to sit harmoniously in the landscape — while the lightweight hollow sections echo natural rock formations in dialogue with nature. The tree-like structure is both reliable and an extension of the earth; in the holiday season it offers hikers a sense of spiritual connection.
