项目简介

坐落于南京汤山园博园采石场再生景观中的度假酒店，融合生成式设计、人工智能与机器人建造。数字地形分析与参数化建模让建筑贴合采石场坡地生长；基于 AI 的图像迁移将传统中国山水绘画转译为立面建造参数，由机器人砌筑实现。项目为国家十三五重点研发计划「机器人智能制造」课题的示范工程。

职责

  • 作为机器人技术与工艺负责人，主持参数化机器人砖立面项目
  • 建立从生成式 AI 设计到高精度机器人砌筑的完整技术工作流

方法

  • 场地分析——数字地形分析与 GIS 数据评估采石场场地的坡度、高程与地质条件，指导空间组织与体量
  • AI 图案生成——以传统中国山水画为意象的景观图像，经 AI 图像处理转译为立面图案
  • 计算性设计——参数化建模与生成算法生成适应地形的形态
  • 机器人建造——立面砖系统数字化编码为机器人建造参数，实现逐砖的精准旋转与放置
  • 标准作业流程（SOP）——标准化工作流各环节，保证工厂制造的稳定产能与质量控制
